The Playful Exchange™

The Playful Exchange™ is a process created by Jillian Suzanne Creative, which seeks to create a dialogue that inspires, encourages and develops the practice of listening and deeply noticing, with the purpose of guiding youth toward emotional empowerment and self regulation. This process is best perceived as a steady collaboration built upon authentic yet playful dialogues and mutual participation. This process enables us to establish our solid foundations of trust. 

Dream Traveler™ is our first "tool-box" using The Playful Exchange™ process. It contains the story development conversation model which explores the world of dreams as an entry point to initiate dialogue.  The tools found in Dream Traveler help create a space of comfortable playful exchange between dreamers of all kinds. 

 My goals are to introduce youth to Social Emotional Learning (SEL). To enable dreamers to question the world around them, develop creative problem-solving skills, gain critical awareness, and participate in opportunities to effectively make decisions necessary to create personal change. Using mental visualization exercises and prompts to assist and inspire story conception; children are taught to reframe perspectives, breathe, focus, and recognize how to be aware of their bodies, thoughts, and responses. These key ideas represent my vision of connectivity/Deeply Noticing™, each facilitates meaningful exchanges that allow youth to enhance their emotional literacy and become active contributors within their learning experience.
