Jillian's art classes got our 7-yr through COVID shutdown! Jillian was a welcome and friendly face each week for our daughter as she got sole attention and instruction on her favorite subject! She's decided she wants to be an art teacher when she grows up. :) Jillian was adept at handling the volatile emotions that arose during our isolation and for shifting gears to what would keep our daughter engaged and loving art.  

Jillian is a great teacher! My son was very nervous before his first zoom lesson with Jillian. At the end of his lesson, he was beaming with pride. Jillian has a great way of interacting with him and teaching him new techniques. Importantly, she lets him decide what he'd like to work on and supports his decision making. It's empowering for him. He is excited to attend his lessons with Jillian and is eager to learn more with her, which makes me very happy!  

Jillian is awesome. My daughter has been learning from Jillian for sometime, she is one of the best teacher my daughter had been with. She not just helped her with her art skills but also helped her be more confident. I really like the way how friendly she is with the kids, always kind and polite to them and sooo much fun too. Recently my daughter started taking one to one online zoom classes and she has been loving it, also with all the individual attention I see a great improvement in her art skills. Jillian's teaching skills are amazing, my daughter who is just 7 years old started drawing human faces. I am so glad my daughter got to learn from such a knowledgeable teacher like her.
